Track Your Order

Tracking becomes available after an order is handed to SPX or a Lalamove delivery is booked. An order confirmation by itself does not mean the order has been dispatched.

SPX orders

Use the SPX tracking reference or tracking link shared in the dispatch update. SPX is used for nationwide delivery, including cash-on-delivery orders.

Lalamove orders within Metro Manila

Use the Lalamove tracking link shared when the delivery is booked. The link may only show active details while that delivery is in progress.

If tracking details are missing

Email support@podsdropph.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. Support can confirm whether the order has been dispatched or whether delivery coordination is still pending.

Delivery timing

Timing depends on the delivery address, carrier capacity, and current delivery conditions. Follow the carrier update for the order; podsdropPH does not publish a guaranteed delivery time.
