podsdropPH offers SPX delivery nationwide, including cash on delivery. Lalamove delivery is available within Metro Manila. The method available for an order depends on the delivery address and order coordination.

Charges and delivery method

Available delivery options and charges are shown during Shopify checkout or confirmed during order coordination. If a selected method cannot serve the address, support may contact you before dispatch to discuss the available option.

Dispatch and tracking

Each unit is checked before dispatch. SPX tracking details are shared after carrier handoff, and a Lalamove tracking link is shared when a delivery is booked. An order confirmation does not by itself mean the order has been dispatched.

Delivery timing

Timing depends on the destination, carrier capacity, weather, access, and current delivery conditions. Carrier updates are the best source for an order in transit; podsdropPH does not publish a guaranteed delivery time.

Customer information and delivery issues

Please provide an accurate recipient name, phone number, and delivery address. If tracking is missing, the carrier reports a problem, or the delivered item has an issue, email support@podsdropph.com with your order number and checkout email.
