What the battery and IP figures mean
Apple reports battery life as “up to” results from specified tests. Actual battery life varies with device settings, environment, use, and other factors.
Dust, sweat, and water resistance was measured under controlled laboratory conditions for non-water sports and exercise. Resistance is not permanent and may decrease with normal wear. Do not attempt to charge AirPods when wet.
